Leader of educational change in Poland. Passionate about new methods and modern solutions in upbringing and teaching. Propagator and enthusiast of new technologies in education. A graduate of the University of Warsaw at the Faculty of Education, specializing in Initial Education. A graduate of the Special Education Academy in the field of special education, glottodidactic studies of prof. B. Rocławski and postgraduate education management studies. She completed many courses on building motivation, neuroeducation and coaching in education. She has many years of experience in didactic and educational work in educational establishments. She also deals with raising teachers' qualifications, promoting new methods of working with children, taking into account their needs and learning styles. Since 2009, he has been cooperating with the monthly ' Dyrektor Przedszkola' and 'Mam Przedszkole' magazines, writing articles about initial education and management of education. Professionally also associated with dance - a dance instructor.
